Kimberly is the co-owner of Klemmer. After a career in insurance and network marketing, she began her Klemmer journey over 20 years ago. In 2004, Kimberly became a facilitator at Klemmer. She is a true example of the work applied to life and is committed to leading others to their greatness.

Kimberly is also an author, a sought-after speaker, and the Lead Facilitator at Klemmer events worldwide.

Krystal, co-owner of Klemmer and daughter of founder Brian Klemmer, is a transformational facilitator specializing in experiential leadership training. She has facilitated trainings in multiple countries and leads at various levels within the organization. In addition to her extensive work as both a group and personal coach, Krystal is a #1 Amazon bestselling author of Life by Intention. She is also a platform speaker and guest on several podcasts.

Krystal is passionate about continuing the organization’s legacy and helping people transform their lives through leadership development. She enjoys life as a wife and mother of two, with a deep commitment to making a positive impact worldwide.

Kristie's passion is to be instrumental in facilitating positive change in people's lives. She believes that help and hope should revolve around showing people that they are valued, gifted, worthy, and loved; that change is possible, and that the future is brighter than they can imagine.

Prior to her introduction to Klemmer, Kristie worked in the healthcare administration management field for over 15 years where she was involved with hospital management, medical and dental practice management as well as long term care management. Over 10 years ago, Kristie decided to make a career move. A lifetime learner, Kristie added a Master's degree in counseling (Trinity Theological Seminary, 2008) to her undergraduate degree in psychology (Indiana University, 1988).
