1. Choose a Category
Choose a category such as "Enrollment" or "Walking the Talk".
2. Browse Topics
Many topics are offered multiple times to accommodate different schedule needs. Pick the one that lists the day of week and time of day you want.
3. Enroll
Enroll in the POD topic on the day of the week and time that works best for you. This will be your day and time for six sessions. The start date listed denotes the first of six sessions.
Pricing
The fee for participating in the 6-session Klemmer POD Group is $299. This fee is nonrefundable; however, tuition may be transferrable to another POD group or to another individual prior to the first session. After the first session has started, enrollments are non-transferable. Please read our policies here. By enrolling in your POD you are agreeing to the policies set forth by Klemmer.
Group Size
While no minimum number of participants is required, the group must consist of more than one participant. The POD group format is designed for group interaction and is not intended for 1-on-1 coaching or couple-based coaching.

Meet Your POD Facilitator
Diane Beinschroth is an international speaker, certified life coach, and senior facilitator for Klemmer, America’s premier leadership and character development training company.
Trained personally by Brian Klemmer, Diane has been facilitating leadership trainings worldwide since 2000 for corporations, small businesses, churches, and the direct sales industry. She created and facilitates "The Quickening," Klemmer’s unique leadership training designed for the Christian community, exploring Biblical principles of leadership.
Currently, Diane trains future facilitators and offers personal coaching and group coaching pods. These pods cover topics like being extraordinary, building lasting relationships, dynamic speaking, enrollment, and living with purpose.
With a wealth of experience, Diane is passionate about empowering others to embrace their full potential and life purpose.
